MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Lebanon, NH, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually, connecting them to tailored weight management options that meet their individual needs. We offer a range of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-management. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
