Located in Lebanon, NH, Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors provides essential support to cancer survivors experiencing financial hardships. Our mission is to uplift individuals from diverse backgrounds, particularly those in underserved rural areas, by offering six free wellness kits delivered every two months. Each kit is thoughtfully assembled to foster well-being and may include items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, and sleep masks, along with various other resources designed to enhance the quality of life. We recognize the unique challenges faced by cancer survivors and strive to deliver practical assistance that empowers them on their journey to recovery.
