Meals 4 Kids is dedicated to ensuring that children and teens in Portsmouth, NH, have access to free, fresh, and nutritious food. Our program operates a Farmer’s Market style distribution at various locations throughout the Greater Seacoast, especially during school breaks, providing families with essential food assistance. We offer weekly ingredients and recipes for ten meals, alongside cooking demonstrations and fun fitness challenges to promote healthy living. Families with children aged 18 years and under are warmly invited to participate in our offerings, helping to nurture the next generation with wholesome meals.
