Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Ridgewood, NJ, is dedicated to ensuring that eligible clients receive essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals that cater to their specific health needs. Our program serves individuals enrolled in Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs, and those benefiting from the Older Americans Act, as well as individuals seeking self-pay options. With meals designed by a Registered Dietitian, we focus on providing balanced nutrition to support general health and cater to specific medical conditions, such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are designed to be free from common allergens, including dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring safety and adherence to dietary restrictions. Those receiving Medicaid or Older Americans Act services can find out about meal eligibility through their Case Managers or local Area Agency on Aging. For Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, it’s important to check if your plan includes meal delivery, as we currently only work with PPO plans. For individuals who do not qualify for assistance, our self-pay program offers meals at an affordable price of $7.75 each, allowing you to select your meals and delivery schedule. In addition to meal services, N4L also provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to ensure comprehensive nutritional support tailored to individual needs.
