The Ashland Emergency Food Bank (AEFB) is dedicated to providing vital food assistance to individuals and families in Ashland, Talent, and the surrounding rural communities, ensuring that no one goes hungry. We serve a diverse clientele, including the unemployed, under-employed, working poor, students, seniors, and the homeless, with approximately 25% of our clients being children under 18. Accessing our emergency food services is straightforward: simply visit us at our location with proof of your address. For those traveling through, a 'Traveler Bag' will be provided on your first visit, and if you remain in the area for more than 30 days, you can take advantage of our monthly shopping service. We accommodate the needs of all community members, including those without standard identification. We warmly welcome you during our hours of operation, which are Monday through Friday, the first Saturday of the month, and on the fourth Wednesday of the month from 5 to 7 p.m., where you can receive the assistance you need to thrive in our community.
