About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Ashland, OR, offers compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and up who are in the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Through live, facilitated virtual group meals, we create a safe and comfortable environment where participants can share nourishment and recover together. Our sessions are conveniently scheduled four times a day, allowing individuals the flexibility to join at lunch or dinner, based on their needs. Each meal support group is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring that support is informed by the latest in eating disorder recovery practices. While we focus on providing essential meal support, please note that we are not equipped for crisis intervention. For immediate help, we encourage reaching out to dedicated crisis resources.
