Oregon Project Independence (OPI) serves the Cottage Grove community by assisting individuals over 60, those living with dementia, and in some areas, people with disabilities. Our mission is to empower seniors and individuals needing support to maintain their independence and safety at home. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology devices, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals. With a commitment to accessibility, our services operate on a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule, where costs are determined by your monthly household income and medical expenses. Once you reach out for assistance, a trained staff member from the Area Agency on Aging will conduct a home assessment to understand your needs better and help you develop a personalized plan to ensure your well-being. OPI is dedicated to providing compassionate care and practical support, enabling individuals to thrive in their own homes.
