Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is dedicated to empowering individuals in Springfield, OR, who are over 60, living with dementia, or experiencing disabilities, by providing comprehensive services that enable them to maintain independence and safety in their homes. Our program offers essential support, including personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology devices, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals. Services are designed to be accessible through a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule, ensuring that costs reflect your household income after medical expenses. Upon requesting services, you will receive a prompt call from a trained member of our Area Agency on Aging, who will schedule a home visit to assess your specific needs. If eligible, we will work collaboratively to develop a tailored plan to meet your needs, allowing you to live with dignity and support in your own home.
