Our mission is to screen every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to personalized weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! which allows for in-home messaging with healthcare professionals. Veterans who prefer self-management can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app, while those facing ongoing challenges may explore weight loss medications or bariatric surgery.
