Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) serves the Upper Darby, PA community with essential home-delivered meals and medically tailored meals, focusing on those covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, or the Older Americans Act. Our service caters to individuals seeking self-pay options as well. Each meal, crafted by a Registered Dietitian, is designed to support general health and address specific medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, ensuring that clients receive the nutrition they need. Our meals are dietary-sensitive, free of dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. Eligibility for our home-delivered meals varies by state and program, and assistance is available through your Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging. For those on Medicare Advantage, we advise checking with your plan regarding meal coverage. N4L also accommodates self-pay individuals at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. In addition to our meal offerings, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our clients' health needs.
