At the PAL for Parents Program in Upper Darby, PA, we understand that parenting can be both rewarding and challenging. Our mission is to empower and educate parents, whether you're just starting out or are seasoned caregivers. We offer a variety of essential services, including childbirth education, prenatal yoga, nutrition classes, and specialized support groups focused on breastfeeding and NICU challenges. Additionally, our life skills classes and dedicated spaces like the Mommy to Mommy Support Group and Dad's Corner provide a nurturing environment for parents to connect. Although in-person classes for March are canceled, we are transitioning to virtual offerings in April to ensure you have access to the resources you need.
