Emergency Ministries in Memphis, TN, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and clothing to families in need. Our food pantry operates year-round, welcoming support from local congregations and engaging volunteers to serve the community with care and compassion. Collaborating with the Department of Human Services (DHS) and the Metropolitan Inter-Faith Association (MIFA), we carefully screen families to ensure those who need help receive it. Each day, we can assist up to 20 families, so we encourage those seeking help to arrive by 9:30 AM for our services, which are provided from 10 AM to 12 PM. Our mission is to uplift the lives of Memphians through vital resources and spiritual counseling.
