Located in Memphis, TN, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans by providing tailored weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, ensuring they have access to a variety of effective treatment options that cater to their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer support from home. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management or explore medical options such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for ongoing challenges.
