Their Nashville-based facility, housed in a log cabin-style home, provides an intimate setting for just eight men at a time, creating a focused healing environment. The program delivers intensive therapeutic support with 35 hours of weekly group therapy and two individual sessions with master's-level therapists. Treatment incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodrama, mindfulness practices, and motivational interviewing. ILC's approach is grounded in the Trauma Induced Sexual Addiction (TINSA) model, which addresses sexual addiction through a neurobiological lens.
