Located in Colonial Heights, VA, the PRS Recovery Academy Day Program is dedicated to empowering individuals on their recovery journey through a comprehensive psycho-educational curriculum. Our program fosters a supportive and normalizing environment where clients can engage actively with their recovery goals while embracing their identity as students in recovery. We offer essential health and psychological education, covering topics such as Anger Management, Anxiety Management, Coping Skills, Nutrition, and Stress Management, alongside practical life skills like Money Management and Social Skills. Clients typically participate for 3 to 5 hours a day, 3 to 5 days a week, allowing for flexibility to meet individual needs. Through our HOPE Fund, we strive to ensure that everyone has access to our services, regardless of income or insurance status.
