The Meal Support Program, based in Essex Junction, VT, provides free and accessible meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the complexities of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a safe and nurturing environment where participants can enjoy nutrition with the understanding and guidance of trained nutrition practitioners. With sessions offered four times a day—two for lunch and two for dinner—participants are welcome to attend as frequently as their schedule allows. The program emphasizes creating a supportive community while fostering healthful eating practices, helping individuals as they progress in their recovery journey.
