Participants receive six informative e-booklets designed to empower them in managing their condition, along with a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and community event updates. Enrollees can also opt to join our interactive 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, allowing them to connect directly with diabetes specialists, ask pressing questions, and gain insights into managing their health, including the connection between diabetes and heart wellbeing.
