MOVE! Weight Management Program in Waitsfield, VT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to identify and support Veterans struggling with obesity by providing personalized care options that align with their unique needs and preferences. We conduct annual screenings for all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities and offer a range of weight management services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also benefit from the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management, as well as access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those needing additional assistance.
