Within 48 hours of referral, participants receive 12 weeks of nutritious and flavorful meals delivered right to their homes, ensuring they have the sustenance needed to regain their strength. Additionally, our program includes access to sessions with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), who offers personalized guidance to empower individuals in making healthy choices.
