About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Sequim, WA is dedicated to providing free, accessible, and eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals over 16 who are at the outpatient level of care. Our virtual drop-in group meals offer a nurturing environment where participants can find comfort and encouragement while consuming nutritious meals together. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, we aim to accommodate individual schedules, allowing attendees to join as often as they need. Each meal support session is facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners who are working toward their CNS certification, ensuring expert guidance and care. While we focus on meal support, we emphasize that this program is not a crisis intervention service. For those in need of immediate support, we encourage contacting crisis resources for assistance.
