Depression anxiety and brain damage... I've read studies that depression can cause brain inflammation. Anybody else know about this?

Much research has been done into depression, anxiety and a variety of other mental health disorders. For some people, they need to find the answers in the physical. Although I have no specific information on the effects or depression and anxiety on the inflammation of the brain, I am sure that medical professionals would be best to share the information. Online forums can often share misinterpreted or subjective medical opinion. It may be best for you to take the time and speak to your doctor if you believe that or are thinking about that.
