I would start by asking: what makes you think there is anything wrong with you? I mean, it's your quilt so you can do with it whatever you want. If you feel like ripping it apart, then that's not necessarily anything indicating that something is wrong with you. But obviously, you're here asking this question, so you think otherwise. Is there a feeling you're having, perhaps anger, that makes you want to rip something apart, and you just have the self control to continue on the one thing you've already ripped pieces out anyways, instead of destroying something else? Do you have an uncontrollable urge at times on this one object? Do you get a certain satisfaction from ripping it apart and looking at the pieces? I don't think anyone on here is able to tell you 'what is wrong with you.' I'm very non-judgemental, so I'm not even sure if there is anything 'wrong' with you at all. Perhaps answering these questions and thinking of some other questions will help you move forward in finding out why you are doing what you're doing. If you want, we can always talk about it and look for some answers.
