Because you're unique and people don't understand how special you are. It's hard to fit in to some predesigned mold when you're your own person. It's hard when you want to feel included, but just remember not to change yourself for anyone. You'll find people who will see how unique you are and will make you feel included.

Maybe because you're different, and being different doesn't mean it is a bad thing. I think it is because you are a unique person. :)

I think you already do fit in. The underlying question here is, what is it about them that doesn't fit with you?

i understand the longing to fit in to be accepted ande appreciated for who you are. It is frustrating that you could do everything you could to be a part and still feel like you've been left out.

Not fitting in isn't a bad thing. Embrace being different, embrace being yourself. Don't try to be someone you're not. It will be extremely hard now, but when you are older, you will look back and be thankful you didn't try to change for anyone.

You know, a lot of shy people think they can't fit in only because they're too shy to start conversation for example. But if this isn't your case, then you're just not in the right group of people.

You are not supposed to 'Fit In'. If people can not accept you for who you are then those are not the people who you should be hanging out with. You are a unique individual. Fitting in will just make you like everybody else and there are enough of those but there is only one of You, be that person.

Why can't you fit in? Well maybe you're just different from everyone else, and that is alright. You don't need to fit in, you just need to be you.

Every person is an original individual, but we all take on behaviors and patterns of those we are most around. The desire to fit in is natural and instinctual since people are clan animals by majority. But, fitting in isn't always the best or most important thing. Maybe you have stronger leadership traits, or don't follow the crowd as easily. Either way, you are special the way you are.

Not fitting in is really hard and in my experience most people feel it in one way or the other. It’s normal and part of us humans being unique individuals. The problem with not fitting in is not being in peace with who we are. If you love every part of yourself then, it’s ok if you don’t fit in with some people. Ultimately there will always be people perhaps minorities who are like you. Fitting in in the sense of being normal is a strange expectation in our society and it is up to new generations to put more emphasis on individuality and being one’s true self.

Sometimes it depends on who you want to fit in with and why you want to fit in ? Taking a little time to process this questions might help you to understand yourself better. Then , maybe , the pressure and expectation you have of yourself will decrease. Which in turn might pave a way for you to be part of a group in a more relaxed and effortless manner. The constant 'Why' can be a great distraction , occupies your time , tiring , misleading , eat up your self esteem and force you to do something against your norm.

I can really hear that you have lots of concern in your mind regarding why you find it difficult to fit in. It might be less of a matter of you being the odd one out and more of a matter that you just haven't found your space yet. If we use the examples of puzzles, everybody's a puzzle piece. However, we might not all belong in the same picture because some of us have different characteristics. You may want to think what is it about others that makes you different? In general what are your attitudes towards change? Moreover, if you feel that you are unable to fit in, but you want to fit in, start talking more to individuals and make attempts to spend time with them. Doing this will help you create relationships with them and allow you to find your place.

The reason why you can't fit in is because no two humans are the same which means they both wont think the same and both have different standards, values, and beliefs. They both will think different on how they set the standards to which people can join and what type of people can join. Soiety is always changing and societys expectations and norms are always changing as well and since every human has their own thinking process they might not let some people be included due to past experiences or maybe because of stuff they were taught when they were in grade school.
