You are not crazy; rather, you are aware, in tune, conscious !! You are human, emotions run wild, thoughts race, feelings emerge form all portions of the body, the soul is active. Never fear being open and honest, being outgoing and expressive, let these emotions, these feelings out; be who you are and want to be, dont hold back. "Crazy" is fun, its ALIVE. You are living.

For people it usually means statistically deviant behaviors. But to be crazy or be mentally ill is when your cognition, emotion or behavior reflects a dysfunction in psychological, biological, or developmental processes underlying mental functioning. Which is usually accompanied with an impaired function or a more dysfunctional way of life.

It means that you are acting out of the norm, possiblly you are losing the sense and logic behind your actions. Doing unpredectable or extreme things for the wrong reasons. You just have to get down to the "why" before you attempt to "action"

Some people say that having any conscious opinion on the matter is a mark of sanity, but I'm not sure that's true. I still think about it. I'll always have to think about it.

That you're actually not! Crazy people (and I don't like this term) are usually absolutely unaware of their mental condition and actually believe they're perfectly okay and everyone else is crazy.

I think being crazy means that I'm being unreasonable or not thinking rationally. Sometimes I am being crazy when I am having to act in an emotional event or make difficult decisions. Whenever I think that I'm acting crazy, I try to calm down and give myself time to think about my decisions. By reflecting on my actions, I can think about the rational way to proceed in the future. Sometimes it's okay to act crazy, but as long as we consider the consequences and make sure that we're not harming other people, that's okay! Sometimes it's good to get out of our comfort zones!

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over all while expecting different results. If you feel you need more professional help, I'd recommend looking into some kind of therapy. It doesn't always work for everyone but it may end up working out for you. You are the expert on you and your situation, so you know what would and wouldn't work for you in the end. Trust yourself and your instincts to lead you in the right direction. I really hope everything ends up working out well for you. I'm sorry you're experiencing this negative situation. Have a good day.
