How should I confess to a long-distance crush?

Take your time to do it. It's going to be nerve-wracking, not going to lie, but when you feel ready, you should go for it. Personally, I did it by straight-up telling them. (and, maybe sending the "send this to your crush without context" videos, too, but that's besides the point lol). It took months to build up the confidence but doing it really relieved me of that nervous weight. If they don't reciprocate, it's okay; there's plenty of fish in the sea. You miss 100% of the shots you don't take!

Personal touch is important and calling the person will show that you are earnest and sincere. Be direct but respectful at the same time.
