About 7609370711

Welcome.  I know it can be very difficult and scary to decide to reach out for help.  I’m glad you are here.  Sometimes life can feel like an uphill battle.  I have been working with people for more than 30 years, helping them to feel calmer, stronger and better overall.  We can work together going at a pace that is comfortable for you to help you feel better too.  My approach is supportive, caring and non-judgmental. If you choose to work with me, I will help you find ways to address what is troubling you in order that you can experience more freedom and openness to the good things that life has to offer.
