What's it all about?
Journals & Diaries / by Anishb18

...See more You know I think a lot about small things, it's not like that I neglect things that are big and matter to me, but I am built of the nature that really cares for everyone and everything around myself. Like I feel very open and calm and at peace where I can be someone who can do a small help in making people laugh, grow and cry sometimes. I sometimes think that I am giving too much of myself, it feels visibly exhausting, but you know, in that zone and time, it's only moment where I truly feel that I am an individual fulfilling soul, and actually living for myself. I don't know if it's good or bad for me, but it actually works for me and somewhere I think it's a part of me, of my basic identity, empathy, and as a whole, individual, that I am like this only. I'm not saying I am an influencing or inspiring person, who people look upto, but I just am, what i describe, deeply caring in little things and finding absolute senseless invalid meaningless joys even in fall of my life. I don't know what to ask and why am I writing this diary note, but I just felt to share my deep soul's part that defines me, every moment i live. Thank you for reading this note. Goodnight!! ❤️

Worried about future career
Work & Career / by Anishb18

...See more Hey, I am Anish, i completed BE Comp Engg graduation 3 months back, where I repeated last year coz of my severe depression condition diagnosed by senior psychiatrist(coz of college slavery by department HoD including assignment, practical, test, quarrel, demotivating behaviour on purpose attendance criteria - my life had become a mess), but I'm doing fine now. I cleared final year with descent grades, currently working on online courses of my interest and adding them to CV as well. But somewhere even after doing so much efforts and constant thinking jobs and applying for internships, I'm not really happy with myself. Like there's a part telling me that you should be live in the world, to get like live feedback about my doing. I don't if I'm programmed to be like this, but at alone time this feeling really hits me hard as a elevating peak, at night sleep time specially. Im worried about my career, would I make it up there where I wanna reach? Help me out guys! 😑

Is this okay to be what I am? (Want answers)

...See more Idk, I just want to let you know that my mind works 24x7, idk coz of my night nocturnal behaviour, but nowadays I enjoy running it, coz I dive deep into almost everything and live the beat of it truly, happiness:what should I engage myself in to spend time immersively joyful, sadness/pain: i should understand the pain ,where is it coming from, to get familiar with it and be comfortable around with it. I just wanted you guys to ask that is this normal? Like workingy mind 24x7 okay? It doesn't bother me, and I'm not also complaining about it anything, I just feel heavy somewhat at the back side of my head/brain whatever, when it's too much instead of living in the moment and moving on to next scenario of life. Let me know if anybody got to say what I'm trying to listen and know from you guys. Thank you for keeping this community a peaceful place to share all my thoughts and get clarification and stillness by getting confident about my mindset. Much love Anish B

Masturbation: A misconceptually assumed fact
Grief & Loss / by Anishb18

...See more Idk, just I wasn't healthy today, had a bit cold, sneezes, couldn't go out on a public library i took membership of, today due to heavy morning rain, and it's been happening since 3-4days. I was frustrated being in my room, I wanna explore world, explore the parts of me that drive me curious to get motivated in some workplace, so I just ended up in loop of watching darknet, and doing the preassumed sin. But I don't think about it much now, I wanna live in present and not be involved in part deeds and how they're viewed, coz that's no point discussing, I'm owner of my body. Just dropping this heaviness stored inside me from this morning, to avoid taking it with me into tomorrow's bright sunny day, I think I gotta move up and stop overthinking.. okay thank you if anyone's reading this. I'm feeling worthy of my emotions if any of you are reading and taking it as a part of life, eventually we all are human, we make mistakes and we learn from them. Thank you. Goodnight!!

The Moon Shines
Journals & Diaries / by Anishb18

...See more The Moon doesn't have its own light, but even at night within the thick clouds, it shines as utmost brightness to make someone's night actually good. Ever wondered that how would it be: just looking at the moon, and a breeze flows gently, tingling your face, and flutters your hair back, goosebumps of living in that moment on your skin, how can that moon borrow that light from sun? Every pain has its cure in the moon. We humans are pretty much like the moon. We always think that we don't have our own light to shine within, and seek external validation as the light through which we see this whole world and ourselves. But I think that's okay. Even moon borrow it's light form the sun's refraction, that refraction of the sun is actually the universal light which, we all human beings hold and that is the light of 'humanity'. You know, looking at the moon always makes me think of just simple, immortal and completely natural existence of who we are as we appear to the outside world. People may think we are always perfect, but moon too has some black spots on it which makes it a satellite which follows the earth, and the name as 'moon'. Because of the moon's appearance at night, we can relieve ourselves as a heavy daytime we have survived to see him all the way from morning to evening, and all its phases makes us think about his pure existence at dark night. Imean think about it, we all are pretty much the moon's reflections in some or other ways, we always appear as perfect before the world, hiding out black spots within ourselves, and because of us showing up every morning to same place, people can get the idea about the night's existence, the moon: which seems to be a positive energy in that dark night. So guys, become the moon, and get surrounded by millions of stars around yourselves and be a true reason for others remembering you as the part that always keeps showing up, every single day, for lightening the world's dark nights. Goodnight to every moon shining within itself..!! Keep Shining, keep lightening...!!

My OCD condition recognition
OCD & Related Behaviors / by Anishb18
Last post

...See more See, first of all, i want you to know that I'm not an actual OCD patient practically, but I was tested with severe depression in my clinical reports domains, and since then till now, I'm taking just antidepressants and sleeping pills, at nightime nowadays, after 6 months of regular checkup and treatment. And I really feel stabilized now. But I always felt like OCD was my actual condition that never came out ofy reports as considerably, I need these anti stress pills more than having turned into a serious condition like OCD, but now as months has passed, i realize that the OCD part within me was and is in my mind only. I would obsees strictly following my same laziness routine after i dropped out from college in final year(due to the main stress cause- I had a terrible Hod), as staying home, keeping myself away from college routines or any kind of ambience, those thoughts would horrify me iny dreams too, due to which I had become nocturnal also. But now, watching jay shetty's videos of motivation and self assurance, I've started adapting to changing, but you know I am not capable of controlling the whole moment, some parts in my every second living area I think gone for deep analysis and overthinking due to which I had become to live in my thoughts more than in present, in survival mode basically. Now , I ve become smarter and I'm letting my feaes gone to explore something new and undefined to my mind, emotionall6 shaping my heart, everyday, and I think I'm starting to believe myself more and be confident to take my actions and decisions and own their consequences or rewards too. I just need an opinion on how do I avoid giving attention to those 40% judgement perspective, to completely be in my present moment, coz I used to overthink almost everything very detailed and now it's you know kinda become my part of being. Opinions are appreciated. Thanks for joining me..!! Stay healthy and happy always!!❤️

Relationship Stress / by Anishb18

...See more Hi, it's my first forum, so pls have patience or apologies from me earlier... I just wanna say that all the things that can make me happy and feel fulfilled within myself, i know; but how come I just keep overthinking them at the negative part, and as soon as I encounter a negative result or aspect of any of my own decision, the sole reason to avoid taking that firm decision starts to make disagreement to my heart. Maybe it's because I've been hurt a lot from many people, mostly family members..(I have an elder brother 8 years older than me), and that has happened to my every doing, anything to prove my worth to the close ones, and I've got these negative experiences so bad and so many times (I don't remember if it's countable also), I've completely given over myself, and I've also been there sitting idle where my body feels so number, that you can literally that my heart out and I'll be the same I was before, physically and mentally.... I hope this thread reaches to the right person, telling me that i deserve to be loved too.. I am worthy to contribute good to the world that I'm showing in my each types note via my fingers, not for myself, byt for the one who can truly recognize me.... If you can watch the moon and stars at night and blend in them completely, and get lost in you never ending thoughts till the first ray of sun running towards you in the dawn, by breaking hard cluster of dark clouds, from the sky, you'll know what I can bring to this world.......!! Thanks for reading. Thanks for your patience. You'll be a Rockstar . I know that. Goodnight ❤️
