Asexual vs Low sex-drive?

...See more Hello. I mean no offense to this question, just trying to figure things out and hopefully I can learn from experiences of others. For anyone identified as asexual out there or anyone have an insight to this, how could one know they're asexual and not just having a low sex-drive?

Stupid Parenting Advice Rant

...See more Sick. Can't get up from bed. Nothing to do, I decided to scroll through my socials. Should've known better. I only found this piece of ***. Translated to English (might be sluggish): Dear Parents, it's not always the one who cries that is the victim. You might be raising a gaslighter, manipulator, and serial killer. You just don't know it yet. When I first read this post, my first thought no way should anyone do that. That's a bad idea. Don't ignore your crying child. But nope. Apparently I'm the only one who think that because post got a lot of likes and heart and they are AGREEING. Wtf. So apparently, you should ignore your child's cries in case of the off chance they're a serial killer. Yep, good idea I think. OP has a huge following, so she must be right 🥲 If today's kids did grew up to be manipulator, gaslighter or serial killer, I'm blaming this advice and parents who actually followed this advice.

The self-service kindness

...See more Ah look, this is me thinking a lot again. This time about kindness. What I mean by "Self-service Kindness" It's kind of kindess that people gives so they can appear and tell everyone they are 'good people' So it's less about caring about someone, and more on stroking their own ego.  This "Self-service kindness" is more common than I thought. I've mostly seen it here in with listeners, but it happens off this site too. There are listeners/people here that gives the vibes (or maybe it's just me thinking the worst) of I'm doing you favor by giving my time to be kind to you Okay, don't get me wrong, I'm a Listener here so I very much advocate for boundaries and self-care are important. But that vibe doesn't really really scream warm and fuzzies. Anyway that's on the site, but off site just happened earlier today. It doesn't feel good, I feel like I owe this person because they'vr been kind. And I dunno. I think their kindess is very self-serving, less about helping and more on so everyone can call them a good person.

Identity - Attraction Question

...See more Umm so this is one of those post to showcase my stupidity again haha 🙃 So, I'm watching some short video a lot lately, and FYP is weird but I've been thinking. Does switching your identity changes your attraction too? Like what I've mostly seen in vids, these trans people Female to Male, so they usually have Female partners now. Like can one be identify as Male but still be attracted to Male from being Female at birth? Is that like a thing? From what I've read or watched, I've never heard of something like that before. I hope this make sense.

News Media Sucks

...See more Rant. Rant. Rant. I haven't been watching news in a really long while because it sucks and I hate it. Too many bad news that gives me things to think about. I tend to avoid it and just watch dog and cat videos or some calming painting videos. Thing is, needed to watch for a project and want us to caught up with recent happenings. And it's sad that nothing changes, Everything is just as bad as before and the reason I refused to think about all these, it wrecks my head. Even more so now. And I'm scared with what I've been reading in these news today. It also suck that the only positive these news show tell are about celebrities. Like why would I want to know how many times this famous person farts! I don't care about that! Don't get me started on social media news, the comments. Sigh. It's so tiring and scary. I wish to get this project over with as soon as possible so I could push away these news again.

It's 3am, thinking about death (general, not sui)

...See more TW: talks about death, possibly anxiety-enducing Isn't it scary how we can suddenly die at any given moment? Right so this person, my mom's uncle from grandpa's side, died in his sleep. Never met him, though I've heard about him. Mom told me she told he just went to sleep, talks through dinner too, but never woke up next morning. It's so sudden and it makes me think we don't really have control over that, do we? I could die tonight in my sleep, and I wouldn't be able to help it. Used to think I wouldn't mind dying but faced with the thought that it could happen anytime, it's quite scary. Imagine suddenly being gone.

What does serious looks like to you?
Relationship Stress / by DreamyPal

...See more Just food for thought I guess. I've asked a friend this before, and they have told me: marriage, family, kids. And I'm that's not for me ya know. I don't need marriage or kids for a relationship to be serious. I just want us to be living together, stable jobs, open communication and the want to work together when problems arise. I currently don't have a partner, but I if found someone, I wish we have the same goals. What's serious for you? And if you have a partner, is it the same for them as it is for you?

Me being stupid 🤦

...See more Okay, this post is going to make look sooo stupid but I just want to share this because it's been bugging my mind. I was playing this game, BitLife, basically a life simulator game. I started a random life as a bisexual man and I have a girl partner. Then she came out to me as trans, she told me she's a 'he' now and changed his name. And I'm like okay, I still love you unconditionally. Then so I decided to 'make love' with him and to my surprise, he got PREGNANT. TWICE (because I tried again think it might be a bug) And I'm like WHAT? How the did happen? But she's a he now and what? Is this a game bug or what? And that when a mind-blowing revelation of my stupidity came in 🤦 My understanding of LGBT is quite simple (or I thought they were simple) but very limited. And honestly, I thought I have everything understood now as easy as 1+1=2. See in my mind: Lesbian = girls are attracted to girls. Gay = guys are attracted to guys. Bisexual = people (girl or guy) attracted to both guys and girls. ... And Trans = people (girl or guy) two takes surgery and other supplements to change themselves to the opposite gender they are born with. I need a new a definition. Because I'm wrong I think? And I figured this out in a mobile game of all places 🤦 (Don't get me started on q+ part. LGBT is all I've ever know in my life, and others I more or less have understanding of them)
