...See more I don't if it's my anxiety or what but I haven't been able to sleep much been having nightmare after nightmare. It hasn't been good at all been sleeping more in the afternoons then the mornings. Any ideas what can be causing this is it my anixety or something else. My bf hasnt been that supportive lately none of my family has.
