Think it as gifts to people you care about. Let them do the saving for you. You talk to them to save for you and every time it is their birthday or a holliday or cellebration you give them the money thinking you baught them a gift and they will hold on for you. Remember a gift can never be requested back so you cannot demand them to give back your money...Let your friends take care of you...they will save your money for you if they really care about you...as with every addiction, it is about you...say you have 100 to spend, do not reffrain from spending but spend 90 and put 10 aside...recycle the items you spent money on and never used or do not use anymore...I am sorry you are also in the clutches of an addiction...it is never easy...😔

One trick is to block the web sites and also remove related apps...

There are many other tips availiable on the internet. like here...

https://www.google.com/search?q=how+to+stop+internet+buying+addiction

Bing video results only here: https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=how+to+stop+internet+shopping+addiction
Bing.com search videos result are better than Google because Bing enables you to preview the videos directly on the search results page without opening a video in Youtube. Just hover your cursor over the video of interest and then if it says "preview", then you click on the speaker x button to hear the video preview. It's much quicker than using Google and YouTube.

I know how hard it can be to stop buying things online, especially when it feels good in the moment. But that feeling doesn’t last, and it often gets in the way of saving. One small trick is to wait 24 hours before you buy anything, just to give yourself time to think. And if you do decide to shop, using something like Adorama deals can help you slow down and make sure you’re getting the best price. Saving is tough, but it starts with small choices like these and it’s okay to take it one step at a time.
