...See more -------------------------  “don’t watch the clock; do what it does. keep going” — sam levenson  ------------------------- i feel as though this quote can be both literal and metaphorical.       sometimes, we tend to wait for the “right” moment to start or continue a task, all the while doing the task, we’re checking the time. this can divert your attention from the task at hand and also can create stress and anxiety.      so, instead of watching the clock, we should emulate it’s behavior: keep moving forward and progress. don’t stop or get distracted, instead, maintain a steady pace, just like a clock.     “keep going” —keep working towards your goal or task at hand, don’t give up or lose focus, and just like the clock that keeps ticking, maintain a constant effort.  ••• i hope you guys have a very blessed and productive monday! 🙏🏽
