I feel lost

...See more 2026 was the worst year of my life. I (24F) came home from Erasmus in december 2025 and I started feeling like I wasn't the same person anymore. I already had problems with my 6.5 years relationship and I broke up with him in april. I felt a lot of guilt because I broke his heart and I didn't maintain promises about our future. At the same time I was carrying out my thesis and I had many issues with it and with my supervisor. I found out I have some health issues too (nothing serious, but still noticeable). After 4 months from my break up I texted a guy I had a huge crush for (nothing had happened with him) during my Erasmus and I finally told him, but I was passively ghosted. I thought it wouldn't have affected me, but actually I spent weeks thinking about it. And I still think about it sometimes. Now that I'm almost graduating, I don't know what to do with my future and I struggle finding things I really like. Some days I feel positive about the future and this new chapter in front of me, but some others, like today, I just feel sad, overwhelmed, with no motivation and the only thing I can do is crying.

Staying in a long relationship without love
Relationship Stress / by friendlySky959

...See more I've been with my ex boyfriend for 6.5 years (since I was 17). At the beginning he was always the one chasing me and I decided to give him a chance. I liked him and we built a strong bond. I know I loved him, but that feeling grew up with time and never developed in true willing of commitment. I think I've never been madly in love with him, but he made me feel safe and loved. There were some incompatibilities that I ignored for a long time (he was very romantic, while I wasn't. He always wanted physical touch, also in public. He was more settled, while I wanted to explore the world), and even if he was the most loving and caring person I ever met, I couldn't feel the same for him. So I broke up 3 months ago and I feel guilty because it took me too much time. Now I'm trying to go on and to be kind to myself. I keep ruminating about what I did in the past years and I know it's just a way that my brain has to try to find a reason, even though there's more than one and it's hard to say if something is black or white. It's hard, but I'll learn from my mistakes. I'm trying to notice when I'm overthinking and stop it. I feel like I'm getting better, even though sometimes I become very sad and anxious. Is there anyone who had the same experience as me?

...See more Hi, everyone. I'm writing this post to feel more connected with people who maybe are in the same situation as mine. I feel like I'm going through a life crisis: I just broke up, I don't know what to do after I finish university, I don't know where to live (I still live with my parents) and if I want children in the future. I know I can't have everything figured out already, but sometimes I feel like I need to know more about these topics and about myself. I'll try new paths and I hope to figure it out, what I know is that I want to live fully and not have regrets. Does anyone feel like this?

Leaving a good relationship after 6 years

...See more I broke up 2 months ago with my bf. We had been together for 6 years and a half (since I was 17). He was the perfect bf on paper, loving and caring. But I felt like I was shrinking in the relationship and like I never had that huge committement. We lived beautiful moments together, but still I couldn’t choose him for my future and I'm questioning why I stayed so long. I feel guilty for breaking his heart and because I had a crush for another guy while I was with him, and I'm still thinking about this guy after months have passed. Now I'm lost and I'm trying to go on. Do you have any advice? Did anyone have the same experience as me?
