...See more Hello everyone,  I was wondering if anyone have tried that method of psychotherapy  called EMDR. I was suggested this method.,but i am a bit hesitated. Not sure if it would be effective. I heard it is a bit exhausting.i thought to hear others ' experiences to help guide me in decision.

...See more I thought to talk about fear. It is a common feeling. Like what cause us to feel it?, what we do to alleviate it? What we wish to have or do to not feel it?.  For me, i feal fear when i can't do things,cause of a health condition i have in addition to some degree of agoraphobia.
