I thought to talk about fear. It is a common feeling. Like what cause us to feel it?, what we do to alleviate it? What we wish to have or do to not feel it?.

For me, i feal fear when i can't do things, cause of a health condition i have in addition to some degree of agoraphobia. I try to alleviate by keeping myself healthy. Sometimes i wish for the father to be there. A

Great questions :) - fear is an adaptive emotion that protected our ancestors. The ones that thought the rustle in the bushes was a lion passed on their genes. All of us to one degree or another experience fear and it can be healthy.

I think it gets unhealthy when we become afraid of things they are really not scary. A good technique when that happens is to ask what are the odds that this thing I’m afraid of will happen? You can also imagine having $1000 and needing to make a bet. Would you bet your $1000 at the thing you fear will happen? Most of the time this little exercise helps us see things more rationally. I hope this helps!

@lightEast7528 Relieving anxiety involves various strategies. Deep breathing and meditation help calm the mind. Regular exercise releases tension, promoting overall well-being. Establishing a support system by sharing feelings and seeking guidance can be beneficial. Setting small, achievable goals and maintaining a consistent sleep schedule contribute to anxiety reduction.
