Please help me with my dilemma (Should I be immediate friends with my Ex of 10 years)

...See more I'll try keep this short, we were together 10 years, she did the breaking up, we still live together (I'm looking at places to rent ATM), she's already speaking to someone/hanging out with them frequently (hurts like *** if I'm honest), I have no other local friends or support (I have my mum but she's 100+ miles away), I don't want her out of my life and to become just a memory. I don't know what to do, literally everywhere I see people saying no contact (minimum of 6 months) but if I do that when I move, I'll have no support and I can't really expect her family to help when I'm no longer in contact with their daughter :(

My recent ex of 10 years has started speaking coldly and bluntly towards me.

...See more I'll try keep this short. But basically we currently live together, she was the one who initiated the break up, but we currently still live together. A couple weeks after the break up, she told me she was seeing someone (this reopened the wound) I'm currently looking at places to move out but I am not rushing because I want somewhere decent if I'm going to be there a while. At first she was kind towards me, trying to joke with me. But now she is very snappy at me, most things I say to her get a dry blunt reply and a few times she told me I'm pissing her off (the most recent was she had slept on the couch and I offered to sleep there for the night, this seemed to of *** her off) it's so jarring going from being close and speaking everyday, to hardly speaking and when we do it feels cold and off. Sorry just needed to get this off my chest.

How can I ever forgive myself for losing my ex and best friend?

...See more It's my fault the relationship ended. I stopped putting effort in and got too comfortable with the basics. Now she's gone and is already speaking to someone new. And it's all because of me. She said she wish I was the one who gave her that but I didn't and she gave up waiting. I will never forgive myself for losing the best thing that ever happened to me.

Ex recently broke up with me after a 10 year relationship, I feel empty and she seems so happy. (RANT sort of)

...See more We still live together and share the same bed. I currently can't afford to move out and there is no where else to sleep in this situation. Im getting so jealous every time she goes out, she will get all dressed up and style her hair (She always used to be so casual) then she goes out for hours at a time on days and I'll just be sat at home wallowing in the thought of who she's meeting what she's doing e.c.t. I don't even recognise her anymore. She started working out before the break up and her attitude started changing. After telling me she can't do this anymore and wants to end it she said she felt a massive relief off her chest. She seems much happier now. My mind is like a whirlwind, 1 minute I'm accepting of the fact and the next I feel like my world is collapsing around me. I've lost the best thing that happened to me, my rock, my safe place and my best friend. And she seems happier for it.
