...See more I am an alcoholic, I am in the midst of a divorce and moving to find a fresh start. For the last year ish, I’ve been drinking pretty much everyday. 3-6 beers a day “ish”. It has been a very emotional year going through the divorce process. As I try to make positive changes for myself and move on, I can’t seem to take a break from drinking. Even when I’m telling myself to not go buy beer in my way home. I can’t seem to stop myself from driving to the store. I need help trying to change the pattern

...See more I’ve denied my alcoholism forever, in the early stages of a divorce, I think I’ve made the right decision, but I’ve continued to drink excessively. How can I get my uncontrollable drinking in check? I have doubts about my decisions.

...See more I look at porn and master bate 2-3 times a week. I typically spend about an 1-2 hours at a time. But a good majority of that is just looking for videos to watch. Is this excessive?

...See more I know to some degree I am an alcoholic, but I wonder if it is as bad as my wife tells me. I like to have a 1-2 beers a night after work. My wife considers the frequency of my drinking to be excessive and has come to shame me for wanting to drink. So to avoid her shaming I have resulted to secretly drinking my 1-3 beers while she is Gone. Is my frequency excessive? I know the secrecy is not ok.
