| Teen Quality Mentor | Teen Transition Mentor |Active Listening 1 (Grading & Feedback)You can call me Abhe!Greetings, I'm so glad that you've reached out for help. I know that life can seem like a complicated journey sometimes. During this time, it is not unusual to feel overwhelmed, confused or frustrated. My goal is to provide comfort and care for you as well as a safe and non-judgemental space to talk about everything and anything. Sometimes we just want someone to listen, and even that alone can be therapeutic. I am willing to listen to you and help you understand your thoughts and feelings better. You don't have to feel you are alone on the journey.
Relax. Take a nice, deep, long breath... and just let it all out. there you go. It's going to be alright. just focus on this for now and let everything else go. You just survived 12 seconds, all you have to do now is take life 12 seconds at a time. and whenever you just feel like you can't even take that; that's why I'll always be here, to help you through every obstacle that seems too large to defeat About Me!!!Hey there beautiful people <3. I'm Angel XDfrom the day I joined 7 cups I have always wanted to create a little corner where everyone can just forget about everything in life that kind of sucks to just take a moment to breathe. no matter who you are, I just want to help be a backbone to those who need someone to just be THERE! I've been through a lot and personally, I didn't have anyone to help through that. I believe that everyone is amazing and has the ability to do great things and most people myself included doubt their selves. You don’t need to have certain characteristics to be special, and you certainly don’t need a specific look to be beautiful <3. I just wanted to create a little space here on 7 cups where you can feel safe, confident, and loved! I will always be there for you, I may not solve your problems but I'll be right there with you so we could pass that obstacle together! always remember that no matter what your problem is it's never too big or too small, we all go through things and they all are problems that do matter. If I'm online then please feel free to start a chat if I'm not, leave me a message and I'll reply to you as soon as I can😊! I'm here for you through whatever, whenever. I will stand by you no matter what ❤️ggffffffjfdfjdkjfksjdfksdjfdshfsdhfsdnbfbsdjfbnsdjbfjdsbnfjdnskjfjsdfksdfjjdsf
I gladly take new chats but I can't always reply quickly, every time. If you need immediate assistance, seek out a listener who is online right now.
I live in North America! I work full time. If you are somewhere else and you message me, and it is daytime in North America, I can't reply! Night time (6pm eastern or later) or weekends is best! Please consider the time zone differences when contacting me and do not be shocked if you do the math and I am non-responsive in the middle of North American night!

HI There Nice to Meet You, I am kerry! I would like to say how brave and strong you are right now for even taking the leap to come here the first step in reaching out for some support and a listening ear from me, I have been in my own therapy so I know how dificult it is to be vulnerable and fragile I know how tough it can be to be open about whats going on but I want you to know that I have been on the other foot I have experienced my own fare share and alot in my life and I know how difficult it is to even come here and I want to thank you for making that step.
On the 27th Febuary 2016 I began my journey being as an Active Listener providing emotional support to my members we build a safe confidential environment within our chats so my members are able to fully express themselves. We build a good trusting rapport that provides a space for my members to feel comfortable to talk and for me to listen in a compassionate way we work together to make sense of the experiences my members are facing so they are able to see in a clear way and able to understand themselves a lot better. I provide genuine care support with a unique empathetic approach that my members are able to reach to me for consistent support and encourage my members to find other healthy ways of coping better with their struggles.I help them recognise there achievements and we build upon goals that they can work towards building a better positive path in which I support them throughout. I have learnt alot over my time as a Listener and the kind of difficulties my members may face and it helps me to understand the complexities of these difficulties and know that every experience is different so I am very open minded and don’t judge a person or any situation I explore and gain a deeper understanding of what one self is going through and how they are really feeling. I have a deep insightful mind where I am self aware of myself which means I am able to easily empathetically connect with others naturally on a deep level. You are not alone in this journey lets grow together <3 thank you for reading lovelys. I have a Diploma In Bereavement and Grief Counselling I have a Diploma in Counselling Skills and I am working on my personal therapy and furthering my study as one day I want to be a counsellor/therapist.
Helping a total stranger for the good of it and easing someone else's burden, is what I find truly rewarding. I believe in making the world a better place and supporting those who are in need of a friend. Because in the end we only have what we give

Activity Scheduling Activities can be connected to the way you feel. If you track feelings of depression, you may discover that when you are depressed you are more passive and less active. Following the observation that depressed people tend to stop doing pleasurable activities, depression treatments often emphasize increasing the weekly number of pleasurable activities. Additional ways to improve mood:
Surround yourself with people who have a positive impact on you
Invest in friendships and have a “go to” person that you can trustBecome more forgiving - forgive yourself and forgive others
Build on areas of strength and note evidence for new beliefs that replace old negative beliefs (praise yourself for things you accomplish)Keep a gratitude journal

Understanding what depression is begins the journey toward recovering from depression. You may not realize that depression symptoms are not just emotional. Depression is much more than a low mood, feeling sad, and being irritable. There are cognitive (e.g., self-criticism and hopeless thoughts), behavioral (e.g., isolating from others and having difficulty ’getting started’ with activities), and physical (e.g., sleep problems and change in appetite) symptoms as well. The mind and body are very much connected, and the way that depression affects someone demonstrates that strong connection. As Salamu Alaikum
Feel free to text me anytime.
Success depends on the wish of ALLAH so I might be or might not be successful in listening your problem, but I will try my best to ensure a good conversation.
I deal with relationships/breakups only. All other categories should be referred to another listener. PLEASE NOTE: I do not do sex chats or chats of sexual nature. Such chats will be disregarded and if further engaged, shall be reported. I am a volunteer here. Please do not substitute this for therapy or counseling. Due to heavy personal request rates, I will not be able to take every personal request. If I cannot take your request, please choose another listener or you are free to request me again at a later time. I am open-minded but will not sugarcoat as I feel that will not help you. However, I'm also very understanding and empathetic. It will be my pleasure to help and listen however I can.
