🌿 I believe in walking beside you — I won’t “fix” things for you, but I’ll help you notice your own strength and resilience. I’ll ask gentle, thoughtful questions to help you reflect, and I’ll always lead with empathy.
🌿 You’ll never be “too much” here. No matter how messy, foggy, or heavy things feel, I’ll be there to listen without judgment.

🌷 About Me 🌷
🌸 I’m 21 and currently in college, studying psychology, education, and human development. Helping others is something I feel deeply called to do, and 7 Cups is one of my favorite ways to offer support.
🌸 I’ve been listening on Cups since March, though I’ve been offering support for around 4 years now.
🌸 I’m bubbly and lighthearted (hence my name 🫧), but I also bring calmness and grounding energy to my chats. I can be a little shy at first, but I warm up quickly and love meaningful connections.
🌸 Outside of Cups, you’ll usually find me watching Grey’s Anatomy, The Resident, The Rookie, or Station 19,playing sports, or catching up on some much-needed rest 🌙.
