How do y'all manage the chaos of life in your 20s?
Some of us may be in school or on school break right now. Some may be working. Some may be working while in school [this was once me and I'm very glad to be done with school, but even just work alone is tiring enough at times]. Some may be juggling family or other personal obligations on top of school and/or work. Some may have the misfortune of facing a tough job market [I can attest to this, it's unfortunately currently me], financial difficulties and/or legal situations, among many other possibilities.
How do y'all manage? Are you good about taking things one step at a time?
Do you have a solid support network, be it in real life and/or online? Who do you lean on the most, if anyone?
When things get overwhelming, how do you decompress?
Lastly, what words of support can you offer to fellow members of our community?
Best wishes.

Life has challenges in every stage... if a person thinks it will be better when (name a benchmark like when i get the "good" job or when I am 30 or 40) we find the problems or issues change but do not go away completely. STRESSING about chaos it makes everything 2 times worse.
the sooner we are able to face and work thru items the easier it becomes. WE find strength to do things we did not think we could.
Later in life we may look back and wonder how we got thru some things ... we did it by being in the moment.
