Too Incompetent to Send Packages

How bad is it that I am too incompetent and scared to pack and mail something on my own at 27?

Usually someone else helps me with this, but they are unreliable. Boyfriend seemed to notice that I have this flaw in me, and he pointed it out purely to make a point about me. It felt like I was being shoved under a spotlight for amusement. Maybe he doesn't believe I am genuinely this stupid? Or maybe he finds it mildly interesting.

Legitimately crying right now for a few reasons, and this is one of them.

@BusyBird I'm sorry you're crying and were made to feel this way. I know it may not seem like it now but you're most certainly not incompetent. Did you know that USPS and other mail carriers have it where you send mail right from your home? USPS can even deliver you free boxes to your door and mailing labels depending on what you need. You can also order shipping items online. If you want to send packages, you don't even have to leave your house. You can package up what you want to send in a box, weigh it, and then buy the postage online and print it and stick it on the box. And then you can go online and even schedule for your mailman to pick it up. 😀 It is a process but you can do it. I believe in you. I hope that this helps you feel more at ease and capable in stead of relying on someone. I hope you are ok. ❤️

@YourCaringConfidant Thank you 🩷 My boyfriend actually briefly mentioned that as a thing during that conversation. You explain a lot more of it though, and I don't feel judged this time ^-^ So maybe I should give it a try.
