Feels like everything is ending
Idk what's happening to me. I am just in bed all the time either scrolling *** or crying. I habe missed my periods and when u went to to the doctor they said they need me to wait for my periods to diagnose me but I might habe pcos.
I think I am definitely suffering from hormonal imbalance. My emotions have been this extreme. I am 27 years old and I don't know what to do with my life. I see people around my achieving everything I want. Today I went out to have some fresh air and to get my nails done to have some kind of distraction. I couldn't even bring myself to do it and took a detour ans drove back home and them slept. I feel so bad. Idk what to do

Hii there! I can only imagine life can be so much difficult and uncertain at times. I hear you. The added emotional pressure getting associated with your health might be making things more unmanageable.
But don't lose heart, be kind to yourself, there's a path that's made for each one of us. But we can walk it only when we are physically and mentally healthy.
How about going on some solo trip? Or just moving out in the nature away from where you are right now? I feel the ovewhelm will settle down a bit and make things clear for you 💕
Life will feel more breathing and good sooner! Keep holding the hope and faith. You got this!

When I go through depressive episodes, I shut down completely. I keep contact minimal. I either dissociate, numbing out with videos and food, or I feel everything all at once and cry for days.
In those moments, I try to take care of myself. I treat myself like a person. Like a child, tbh.
Because deep down, aren’t we all just children still trying to feel safe? To try to prove to other children we're the best? Or at least worth something.
We're just kids trying to grow into better, kinder versions of ourselves. And that’s not a bad thing. It just means we need patience. Would you ever tell a child they’ll never amount to anything? No, you’d sit them down and show them that even when life is overwhelming, even when the world feels too big, or you thing you're the scum of the earth, making it to the next day is a victory.I can say without a reason of a doubt, you've made it to the next day, 100% of the time.
However you did it, you made it.
Thank you for making it to the next day. Tears and all.
And treat yourself. Go get your nails done really pretty next time.
Hey, i'm 24yo and i'm going through literally the same thing. Work, bed, sometimes play some videogames, never leave home unless absolutely necessary, always feeling tired, never gave the will to do better, feeling lazy and not understood by anyone. That's why i'm on this 7 cup app...
i just saw that this is an 8 months thread... i hope you're better now
