@Willy23456 Depending on where you live you might be able to find a therapist that offers a sliding cost scale. Or a group meeting that's based towards what you need help with. Those are often no cost or very low cost. Ministers and preachers sometimes offer counseling and if you're in college they should have some kind of counseling service
