Each month I will make a post relating to what that month is know for. April is known for Stress Awareness month.

Each month I will give links to read and relate to that awareness, and to keep the month with ways to help us all.

Stress Awareness Month has been recognized every April since 1992. Learning to cope with our stress and finding healthy ways to deal with these situations can go a long way in living a healthy and positive life.
