Love the graphic. I don't think this is talked about overall, it's still so taboo. It's hard to go on with a normal life when trauma gets in the way and as someone who is traumatized, I can empathize.

Personally I absolutely trust no one anymore, except the pets of course. I've been burned too many times. To work on trust, I give the person space to open up, and I keep silent about what they tell me or share with me in their day to day lives. I also ensure to keep it off of social media.
Even though I feel I trust no one, I try to be transparent although this transparency got me feeling all kinds of ways like my feelings aren’t genuine. As long as I am me, I should be fine. I used to be a hardcore liar, because to be honest I did not like me. I wanted to be what everyone needed me to be for that moment in time. Now, I may be too open, but I am. Some may not like me or misinterpret my behavior as fake but trying this new Honest me hasn’t been easy to adjust to however, when those times come when people lash out at me with hurtful words. I can smile and just nods because we both know they are wrong. Their opinions stem from an older uglier perception of myself.
To build on trust i work on the 3 components of the trust definition that I subscribe to (there are multiple definitions):
Ability: If I am more able at what I do, I make it easier for others to depend on me
Integrity: If honour my commitments, I make my word worth something
Benevolence: I look out for others and hang around people who look out for me
I’m ready to help anyone who is interested in crypto investment

All are greatly needed advice for everyone. We need to break these horrible cycles we've allowed ourselves to be locked in.
