As we proceed through the month of August doing the self esteem awareness for the month, I wanted to do a forum post on the different types of self esteem so we are all aware of them to see which we may fall under.

There are three (3) types of self esteem. They are inflated self esteem, low self-esteem and high self-esteem. LOW SELF-ESTEEM: People who have low self esteem, think of themselves as below average. Here is a link to read more about each one.
