Today I like to share something with you about self-efficacy.

Albert Bandura a Canadian-American psychologist is arguably the most cited author on the subject of self-efficacy. He defines self-efficacy as an individual’s beliefs about their capacity to influence the events in their own lives. Self-efficacy is rooted in beliefs about an individual’s capabilities to handle future situations.

How much do you believe you can influence your future and what would be needed to be done?

Example: I believe that I can influence my future to a great extent by responding well and reacting less anxiously to certain triggers. What about you?
