I have been through this where I always compare myself to others. I am now learning how to accept myself for who I am and to stop thinking I am either like others or better.

Signs of Inferiority Complex:

• Insecurity and low self-esteem.

• Inability to reach your goals, or feeling “stuck”

• Wanting to give up easily.

• Assuming the worst.

• Feeling the need to withdraw in social situations.

• Often feeling down on yourself.

• Experiencing anxiety and depression.

• Being sensitive to criticism.
