According to some research, a brisk 10-minute walk may be as beneficial for your mood as a 45-minute workout.

Furthermore, three 10-minute bouts of moderate physical activity in a day appear to do as much good for your physical health as one half-hour session. (Federal agencies in the US and Canada recommend getting 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity a week—leading to the standard advice to get 30 minutes a day on at least five days of the week.)
