I loved the Easter egg hunts! As a kid we traveled to visit relatives out of town and had many egg hunts. I don't have kids but my boyfriend and I bought each other chocolates. I normally would be having dinner at my mom's, with covid I'll be staying home and probably ordering delivery ha.

If you celebrate this holiday, what was one thing you loved as a child on this day?....Well, as a child, I loved waking up to an "EASTER BASKET" filled with my favorite things (candy, and usually some sort of present). It was like having Christmas in the spring!
If you have children or grandkids what do you do with them to celebrate it?.....I always made my son an Easter basket as well during his childhood years. And would put baby-powder down making a trail (indicating the Easter Bunny's footprints) that lead up to his basket of candy and toys.~.... Now my Son is a grown adult, and I still make him a basket (minus the bunny tracks) lol
What dinner do you make for this day?.....I don't cook for Easter, but my mom always cooks a huge dinner and we go to her house to eat. She bakes both an awesome Ham and a Turkey with all the fixings and sides and deserts. Always something to look forward to.

I always saved the basket through that year and used it to decorate in my bedroom or in the house

If you have children or grandkids what do you do with them to celebrate it? I don't. I just help make dinner
What dinner do you make for this day? Orange glaze Ham, Sweet Potatoes and Hawaiian rolls. I also have nut roll and cake for desssert.
I loved to see my family, hunt the eggs and of course the chocolates. I live far from my family now so I miss being around them on special dates like this one.
