Hello, I'm doing well today, I'm back into self love and self care these days, I don't think about the past only the present moment! this helps me to deal with whatever is thrown my way. I can do better now because i'm in charge of my life and nobody will tear down my christian home. I'm in a good mindset and i love it

That is great to hear and quite the accomplishment so congrats on that! its always good to see when someone can over come the challenges in their life and really take control. It has taken me along time to get into that mind space and take control of my life and even now its still a little shaky.
